Our Flooring Installation Process – Step by Step

Step 1

1. Select your material

The major method we keep expenses down for you is by allowing you to choose your flooring. This helps us to cut inventory, supplies, showrooms, and other overhead expenditures. We offer free site measurements at your home or business so you can have an estimate of pricing and timing before moving forward. Our staff will meet with you during the site measurement to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the procedure.

2. Request a Free Estimate

Once received your quote and we have all the information we need, and you have chosen a wood floor you are happy with, we will then arrange to visit your home. We will take some measurements of the area, discuss the installation process, and we will provide you with a quote based on the job details and materials. Depending on the size of the project we can send you a quote on the same day!

Step 3

3. Acceptance of the quote

Once a quote is authorized, our installation staff will measure the humidity of the wood before installation to verify that it is at an ideal level. To acclimatize or grow adjusted to a new environment, any new wood floor product should be left in your home for at least 48 hours in the room where it will be put. It’s vital to keep in mind that some wood floors take longer to acclimatize due to their increased density and oil and resin content.

4. Installation

Finally, our professional flooring installers will bring your flooring visions to life. Our highly qualified staff will efficiently complete the project from start to end. Any important care or cleaning instructions will be explained to you by your installers guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.

Flooring Installation Process

Step by Step

1. Furniture Removal

First, We remove your old flooring and haul the debris away.

2. Demolition & Haul Debris

We remove, cover, and move any furniture you need before installation.

3. Floor Preparation

Prior to we start the installation we will make sure your subfloor is well leveled. If needed we will replace plywood or use cement to level the concrete subfloor. To get perfect results, we will do the installation of the underlayment, then install your wood flooring on top.

4. Installation And Inspection

We install your new wood flooring coverings and add new trim if necessary. We will clean every workplace site making sure the site is ready for your inspection.

Once you’ve decided on your new wood flooring, we’ll send you a proposal, and once you’ve approved the estimate, all that’s left is the installation.
